The United Nations General Assembly declared 2011 as the International Year of Forests to raise awareness on sustainable management, conservation and sustainable development of all types of forests. A starting point to celebrate people’s action to sustainably manage the world’s forests.

Forests have been at the heart of WWF’s work for half a century, and they can be proud of their accomplishments to protect these amazing ecosystems.

WWF have fought for the creation of national parks and other protected areas, helped create the FSC-  the world’s most reliable forest certification scheme - and they are working to tackle new threats, like the destruction of forests for bioenergy. Throughout the year, WWF’s Living Forests Campaign will combine cutting edge science, new perspectives from partners and decades of on-the-ground experience to help answer these questions.

Here you can learn more about the forest work of the WWF or can here you can go to the UN International Year of Forests Web site.

Things go by and make room for new things to arise - this is the fundamental principle of life. Life is in flow and the only constant is change. To really internalize and live this means to be connected with your inner self and with what really is. Listening to you inner wisdom is to be aware and present with every moment.

To be in a process of life-long learning means to proceed on the path within and without, to truly evolve. In the new section "Seminars" we will suggest you different seminars and workshops which we personally teach or became acquainted to. The list will grow continually.

We invite you to participate and have fun!
